The search continues for the last victim of the fire that consumed and sank the dive boat Conception earlier this week.
Thirty-three bodies have since been recovered, according to the Los Angeles Times. The Conception is resting on the seafloor about 65 feet/19.8 meters below the surface.
More than 30 divers have been involved in the search and recovery effort this week.
About 16 investigators from the National Transportation Safety Board have begun to look into the causes of the Conception’s fire and eventual sinking.
