Individual AIDA Freediving Pool World Championships 2018 – Dynamic (DYN) Final Results

The finals of the Individual AIDA Freediving Pool World Championships 2018 in Belgrade, Serbia continued on Friday with the Dynamic (DYN) Finals.

Like the previous day’s Dynamic No-Fins (DNF) final, the Polish and Croatian athletes continue to dominate the pool with 5 out of 6 podium places.

Gold medals for Magdalena Solich-Talanda (Poland) with a World Record 243m performance for the Women’s Gold and Alexander Bubenchikov (Ukraine) with a 289m performance for Men’s Gold.  Solich-Talanda’s performance toppled the previous record of 237m set 4 years ago by the late Natalia Molchanova.

Other Podium places were also there with Silver for Julia Kozerska (Poland) and Petar Klovar (Croatia), and Bronze for Mirela Kardasevic (Croatia) and Mateusz Malina (Poland).

There were no National Records set in this final.
