Mother of Corals has announced the launch of its new Revive Reef Restoration Course.
The new course is available for private dive shops in groups of up to 12 people. The week-long, hands-on course takes place in Bocas Del Toro, Panamá.
The course allows dive shops to take their groups on an adventure beyond scuba diving. Members can get hands-on experience and actively take part in reef recovery activities. This allows customers to develop their skills beyond awareness and include up-to-date restoration skills.
Course highlights include:
- The fundamentals of coral reefs.
- key identification.
- Coral nursery work and outplanting techniques.
- Building artificial reef structures and how to position them onsite.
- Monitoring, data collection and understanding long-term reef health.
The new Revive Reef Restoration Course includes access to the prerequisite online course, hotel accommodation, breakfast and transportation while in Bocas.
