New Book On Using Freediving Techniques For Relaxation Now Available In English

-

A new book about breathing skills used to prep for freediving to help a person relax and reduce stress is now available in English.

“The Water and the Breath: A Guide to Using Water and Breathing Towards an Stress-Free and Successful Life” by freedivers Nik Linder and Phil Simha has been translated from the original German into English.

Ten years ago, Linder created a concept called “relaqua” which combines freediving, meditation and relaxation not as a way to gain better performance but to relax deeper. He published a book on his concept in German, and it’s now available in English.

Linder this year has also begun offering relaqua and stress-reduction courses as well as instructor courses.

The book is available on Amazon for €25/~US$26.
