Nonprofit ‘Freediver’s Dream’ Project Announced

-

If doing a freediving cruise aboard a sailboat around the islands off Croatia is on your bucket list, you might want to check out a project called “Freediver’s Dream.”

Ante and Anawant to create special moments that inspire us and our freediving friends to live life to its fullest! I’ll be driving the boat and Ana will be cooking so by giving our time we maximally lower the cost of the whole experience.

Each not-for-profit cruise consists of six open water sessions, two workshops, ocean cleanup, cave and wreck diving, sailing, yoga and much more. The pair also host a workshop from world-class athletes who are supporting the project by giving their workshop for free. Last year, they had Mirela Kardasevic and Samo Jeranko. This year they will have Kardasevic once again, plus Boris Milosic and two other possible “big names” they’re currently working on.

Two cruises took place last year and this year they’re aiming for four. Their 2022 dates are May 28, July 9, August 27th (catamaran cruise) and September 10th.

Depending on the cruise, boat rental prices will range from €550/~US$589 to €1100/~$1179. There will be other costs as well.

For the full breakdown, check out the Freedivers Dream website or their Instagram page.
