The excitement is building in the Bahamas and all over the world as OriginECN Vertical Blue will continue today with 29 athletes taking to the waters of Deans Blue Hole on Long Island in the Bahamas.
Things are stepping up a notch again as both Alexey Molchanov (Russia) and Alessia Zecchini (Italy) are going for World Records!
The competition is split into 3 x 3 day Acts so today will see the last of the action before a rest day on Thursday.

Tuesday saw 2 new National Records:
- Sayuri Kinoshita (Japan) with 88m Free Immersion (FIM)
- Homar Leuci (Italy) with 104m Free Immersion (FIM)

The competition will be live-streamed by the underwater drone Diveye and broadcast via the Vertical Blue Facebook Page and across social media with the hashtag #VB2018. The broadcast is also going out in China today as well as on the Extreme Facebook Page.
