PADI On Tour is running an expansive worldwide campaign throughout 2026, using local consumer events and trade gatherings to connect newcomers with the underwater world and strengthen dive businesses worldwide.

Brazilian Expo Leads The Way

PADI has already made stops in 18 nations across 26 distinct events. A key highlight of the campaign occurred in São Paulo at the PADI Dive Festival Brazil, hosted at the Senac University Center – Santo Amaro. The event drew hundreds of aspiring water enthusiasts, filling eight Discover Scuba Diving workshops alongside a fully booked Discover Mermaid program.

Looking ahead, the PADI tour continues in Australia with 36 PADI-affiliated members attending the GO Diving Show ANZ in Sydney. After that, PADI heads to Europe, landing in Spain for the Barcelona International Boat Show in October, where it will inaugurate a dedicated watersports pavilion.

The tour will culminate this November in New Orleans at the annual DEMA Show, hosting specialized seminars and community social gatherings.

Global Tour Impact

Commenting on the outreach push, PADI Worldwide Chief Brand and Membership Officer Kristin Valette Wirth stated:

“The energy we saw at PADI Dive Festival Brazil is exactly what these events are designed to create: bringing the dive community together while opening the door for entirely new audiences to discover the life-changing experience of exploring our ocean… When someone takes that first breath underwater, it can spark a lifelong relationship with the ocean. By creating these opportunities alongside our PADI Members, we are strengthening local dive communities while inspiring more people to seek adventure and save the ocean.”

Reflecting on the tour’s grassroots focus, Valette Wirth added:

“Our global reach comes to life at the local level during these events.”
