Sea & Sea Is the Place to Be At DEMA Show 2003

Sea & Sea Logo There’s little doubt that one of the busiest booths at the DEMA Show in Miami will be Sea & Sea USA (booth number 2805). Every day during the show, Sea & Sea will be presenting informative seminars in their booth hosted by some of the most recognized and published underwater photographers in the business.

Presenters, who will all be featured on a free, collectible limited edition poster, include Holly Alentado, Cathy Church, Jack and Sue Drafahl, Bonnie Pelnar, Andy Sallmon, Marty Snyderman and Jim Watt. Participants will want to stay around after the seminars to have the posters personally autographed.

Topics for these free 20 to 30 minute seminars include "What To Do with the Image Once It’s Captured," "Capturing Mr. Big", "Welcome to Digital" and "The New MotorMarine III." In all, eight different mini-seminars will be presented.

Sea & Sea is encouraging underwater photographers of all skill levels and areas to come to the Sea & Sea booth for these seminars. "It’s a great way to learn about new topics and areas of interest without even having to leave the show floor," points out Ron Pavelka, Sea & Sea USA General Manager.

Pavelka adds that seminar participants will be able to take part in a special Sea & Sea Give-Away program that includes a 7-night stay in Bonaire, Sea & Sea AquaPix and DX3000G packages and a stay in Cozumel. To be eligible for the prizes, simply attend any four of the more than 30 seminars and you’re automatically entered.

An additional element to Sea & Sea’s booth is a live concert by Dreamworks recording artists Hanna-McEuen. The popular duo will be performing some of their well-known hits on Thursday, October 9 at 5:30 p.m.

"We wanted to do something different," Pavelka said. "Not many companies have done live concerts in their booth and this is just one way that Sea & Sea is working to provide DEMA Show attendees with some fun and excitement after a long day of walking the show."
