Dahab Freedivers has announced the dates and prices for a deep training camp with Miguel Lozano that they will be hosting.
The event will be held in Dahab, Egypt from December 3-7, 2018. The camp is open to all freediving levels, from beginners to seasoned competitors.
During the course if the camp, various aspects of training will be covered including: Deep equalization techniques, relaxation and stretching, mental barriers, as well as daily theory and depth training sessions. The camp will also cover the three depth disciplines (CWT, FIM, CNF).
Two packages are available; you can book the training camp only for €330/~£292/~US$385, or you can book the full package for €490/~£434/~US$571. The full package includes:
- Airport transfers to and from Sharm El Sheikh airport.
- Six nights’ accommodation in a double room, including breakfast.
- Single room supplement is €50/~£44/~US$58.
