WDHOF, COARE, Dive Pirates Named DEMA 2022 Diving Community Champions

The Women Divers Hall of Fame, the Center for Oceanic Awareness, Research and Education and the Dive Pirates Foundation have been announced as DEMA’s 2022 Diving Community Champions.

WDHOF was announced as the Platinum Winner, COARE the Gold Winner and Dive Pirates the Silver Winner, according to DEMA.

The annual award “recognizes DEMA-member companies that utilize their recreational diving businesses and positions in the community to make a difference locally or on a broader scale.”

The Platinum, Gold and Silver winners are awarded to the top three DEMA member companies or organizations as voted by the DEMA membership.

The awards themselves will be presented during the DEMA Member Update and Annual Meeting held during DEMA Show on November 2, 2022.
