The Freedive Cafe’s latest guest is Italian freediver and world record holder Alessia Zecchini.

In the podcast, Rome-based Zecchini, who holds the AIDA world record in Constant Weight (CWT) at 104 meters/341 feet and the CMAS Dynamic with fins (DYN) record of 250 meters/820 feet, talks about her finswimming background, her love of rollerblading and more.

Zecchini also talks about her favorite free diving discipline, her training regimen, nutrition, her record dive at Vertical Blue 2016, and more.
