For the first time ever, theTOP 10 international kayak surf athletes and national and world freedive recordholder Karol Meyer joined forces to innovate and to bring new possibilities tothe learning the rolling manoeuvre, considered the ‘ divider of waters’ manoeuvreof a sit on top kayak.
With the control of this manoeuvrethe kayak athlete extends the possibilities of rowing with increasedsecurity in performance for kayaksurf, whether oceanic or in rapids.
Apparently many athletes experiencesome difficulty in learning this manoeuvre, and therefore feel ‘ prisoner’ tothe equipment underwater, which for them is not a pleasant sensation. With thisin mind these athletes will introduce apnea techniques so that the pupilshave control of the breath, body conscience, calmness and otherbenefits.

Roberta Borsari www.kayaksurfclub.com.br brings hisexperience as TOP 10 kayaksurf world-wide, being the best athlete ofLatin America with international ranking, and a pioneer in canoeing of whitewater rapids in Brazil. He leads in different disciplines of kayak techniquesand teaches the rolling manoeuvre through the Kayak Surf Club.
