PADI has announced that it is now taking applications for its 2022 AmbassaDiver program.
Prospective PADI AmbassaDivers program should have the following attributes:
- Enjoys a mission to educate and raise awareness amongst other people about social and environmental changes.
- A passion for diving and exploration.
- An advocate for the PADI mission.
- Encourages other divers to keep diving and continue teaching.
PADI Worldwide Vice President of Consumer Marketing for Lisa Nicklin said:
“The individuals who make up the AmbassaDiver team are the ultimate PADI Torchbearers, mobilizing their communities to seek adventure and save the ocean. Their passion helps enrich our global diving community while simultaneously bringing awareness to social and environment issues. They carry the torch, lighting the way for others, helping to create balance between humanity and the ocean.”
The application deadline is October 21st, 2021.
