The Blue Wild Ocean Adventure Expo is kicking off tomorrow (22nd April 2017) for two days at the Broward County Convention Center in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
The 10th-anniversary edition of this popular expo features exhibits, seminars, demos, marine art and more. What started as a small spearfishing charity event has evolved into a full-grown Ocean Adventure Expo. It not only includes freediving and spearfishing, but also scuba, marine art, underwater photography and videography, lobstering, paddle boarding, water toys, kayaks, and more. The popular Kids Zone has face painting, art classes, and crab races – something for the whole family.
Among the hands-on workshops slated for that weekend are: “Yoga Session,” “Lionfish Preparation and Sampling,” “Marine Art Printmaking,” “Fish Filleting Demos,” “How to Hunt Off Your SUP” and more.
Expo founder and producer Sheri Daye says:
“I’m thrilled to be celebrating our tenth anniversary this year. We strive to offer an exciting atmosphere where like-minded ocean lovers and watersport enthusiasts of all ages can meet up and socialize. I’ve crafted the expo be both educational and entertaining where attendees can learn about latest techniques and products, shop for great deals, listen to the best speakers and network with one another.”
