DAN Is Asking For Your Help To Care For Injured Divers

-

The Divers Alert Network is seeking your help in the form of a donation to help injured drivers get access to the care they need at every level.

The donations are used to fund multiple levels of care, including on-site treatment through the DAN oxygen grant programs and first aid training to dive professionals, as well as access to hyperbaric chambers worldwide, which DAN funds to ensure they are fully staffed and ready to care for injured divers.

And finally, donations will provide funding for the expert medical care and knowledge through DAN’s medical courses for health care professionals.

Commenting on the effort DAN President and CEO Bill Ziefle stated:

“From the dive site to the ambulance to the emergency room to the recompression chamber, there are many opportunities to enhance the care injured divers get.”

If you donate US$100/~£75/~€88 between now and January 31st, 2022, you will get a limited-edition “Helping Divers Since 1980” T-shirt.

You can donate here.
