The nomination period for the 2019 DAN Rolex Diver Of The Year is now open.
Nominations must be submitted via email by January 14th, 2019. Once the nomination is made, additional support materials must be submitted no later than February 28th, 2019.
The winner of the prestigious award will be announced on April 13, 2019, in New York City at the Our World Underwater Scholarship Society 45th Annual Awards.
Winners of the award will receive a wall plaque and an Oyster Perpetual Rolex Dive Watch. Rolex will also donate US$15,000 (~13,185 Euros) to DAN.
The award recipients are individuals who are committed to dive safety and have shown a passion and desire to create a culture of dive safety. To make a nomination, you need to submit the nominee’s name and a brief description outlining their commitment and contributions to enhancing dive safety.
