Fourth Caribbean Cup Freediving Competition Starts Tomorrow

The next edition of the Roatan Caribbean Cup start tomorrow – May 25 and runs through to June 1st 2016.  The event comes soon after the Bahamas Vertical Blue competition and sees a number of athletes continue their competition circuit tour in this spectacular and friendly competition.

Athletes will be competing in depth disciplines Constant Weight (CWT), Constant Weight No Fins (CNF) and Free Immersion (FIM).

Competitor and staff are hosted at the beautiful Mayan Princess Beach & Dive Resort and onsite dive operation Mayan Divers will be the host hotel.

Athletes competing this year include New Zealander William Trubridge, who recently broke the FIM world record, along with other competitors including Ashley Chapman from the USA, Davide Carrera from Italy, Miguel Lozano from Spain, Carlos Correa form Colombia, Estrella Navarro Holm from Mexico, and many more.
