New Crowdfunding Campaign For Folding Fins Launched

-

Exotech has launched a crowdfunding campaign for the company’s new Folding Fins.

The fin features two rigging arms that can be folded, almost accordion-like, with a “bio-mimetic” membrane between them. The membrane mimics the soft tissue in fish tails or webbing between frogs’ legs.

The fins were initially designed for use by maritime special forces operators who needed to move around without dragging large bulky fins with them. The fins can be folded and stowed away easily, making them ideal for traveling divers as well as special forces soldiers.
