New Dynamic Apnea World Record

Germany FreeDiving Champion Tom Sietas has broken another World Record with an amazing 223m Dynamic Apnea effort in 3min 34sec.

Dynamic Apnea is the FreeDiving discipline where the freediver travels in a horizontal position under water attempting to cover the greatest possible distance. Typically a fin or monofin is used and swimming movements with the arms are prohibited.
