Oxygene opens its first dive center in theIndian Ocean on the 1st August 2008, on PembaIsland in the Zanzibararchipelago, Tanzania.The dive center will be the first PADI five star IDC facility on the island,and is located next to The Manta Resort. Pemba is the northernmost of the threeSpice Islands, and stand out from the otherswith a richer wildlife and vibrant sea life.

Pemba has been famous for its fantastic divingfor a long time, so it is extremely inspiring to open up the possibility formore people to experience Pemba and itsuntouched coral reefs. I dived here myself the first time 12 years ago. Pemba has had a special place in my heart since then,says Henrik Almers CEO and founder of Oxygène Diving. Oxygène Pemba supplies day trips and live-aboard programs.The dive center offers all PADI courses from beginner to instructor level. Thedive center is equipped with a filling station and rental equipment of highestquality.
