Russian Freediving Machine Natalia Molchanova Extends Her World Record

The legendary Russian Freediving machine that is Natalia Molchanova has extended her grip of the Freediving World Records by completing a Constant Weight No Fins (CNF) dive to 71m in the Russian Open Championships held in Dahab, Egypt on 13th May.  This increased her previous AIDA record, pending anti-doping test approval, by -1m from 70m previously set in Dahab almost a year ago to the day (previous record was set on the 15th May 2014).

Natalia is undoubtedly the best all-round female Freediving athlete out there today – commanding World Records in 7 out of the 8 AIDA Freediving Disciplines.

Congratulations to Natalia from all here at DeeperBlue.com!
