If you live near Vero Beach, Florida, Breatheology founder Stig Severinsen will be giving a TEDx-style talk later this month.
During the event, Stig will share his knowledge and inform the audience about his Breatheology method, which has earned him the accolade of “The Ultimate Superhuman” by the Discovery Channel.
Stig’s Breatheology method has been used in many different areas, including:
- Reducing medication in healthcare facilities.
- Military special forces training to develop and grow mental resilience and toughness.
- Improved recovery time after trauma treatment and hospital care.
- Overall improved health by learning to improve on-demand.
The event will be hosted by Sean Coakley, owner of BreathFLo and will take place on August 18, 2019, at 3 p.m. at the Costa d’Este Beach Resort and Spa in Vero Beach, Florida.
