Suunto Launches New EON Core Dive Computer

Suunto has introduced a new dive computer, the EON Core.

The new model features a host of modern features, including the always-on LED screen, which offers visibility and readability in all conditions. In addition, the EON Core offers a host of other features including:

  • Dive data can be uploaded via Wifi
  • Computer software is also updatable
  • Rechargeable battery
  • Support for 17 languages
  • Five screen modes to suit the experience level of any diver
  • Gauge/Air/Nitrox/Trimix/CCR modes
  • 3D digital compass
  • Depth-rated to 80m/262ft

The EON Core is fully integrated with the Suunto POD transmitter, so you can monitor your air with a quick glance at your wrist. Additionally, the EON Core is very lightweight at 154gr/5.4oz.

The Suunto EON Core will have a MRRP of €699 EUR and the Suunto Tank POD at €299 EUR.
