Freediving Coaching Camp & Competition DEJA BLUE Returns To Grand Cayman in 2017

The annual Freediving Coaching Camp and Competition “Deja Blue” run by Performance Freediving International is returning in May 2017 to Grand Cayman.

The event runs for 3 weeks (although attendees can choose to attend 1, 2 or 3 weeks of the event).

Each week of coaching camp includes 5 depth training sessions, unlimited static training, and 2-3 dynamic training sessions with tips and techniques from world and national record holders, coaches, and instructors.  The world class safety crew providing an ocean rig, safety supervision for warm-ups, and complimentary recovery O2.

It’s also renowned as a great social event with Freedivers from all over the globe attending.

The current schedule includes:

  • April 29 – May 21 – 2-week coaching camp & one week of competition
  • May 6 – May 21 – 1-week coaching camp & one week of competition
  • May 14 – May 21 – 8-day AIDA sanctioned Deja Blue 8 competition
