International Coastal Cleanup Set For September 20, 2003

The 18th annual International Coastal Cleanup will take place September 20, 2003. By uniting citizens from all 55 U.S. states and territories and more than 100 countries, the ICC makes a statement about global concern for the environment while empowering local communities to do something about pollution.
