Mares Launches New Dive App

-

The folks at Mares recently announced the launch of a new dive app for your smartphone.

The new app combines a dive log with a dive gear registry list. You can store your personal diving equipment information and register your Mares equipment for future reference. The app will keep you posted of pertinent product information including dive computer software upgrades, warranty and any potential recall notices.

The Dive Log portion of the app is simple to use; once data is entered, information can be viewed in a quick glance format or expanded to see all data points. You’ll also be able to view a statistic account of all dives in charts and graphs.

The Dive Log data can be populated manually or uploaded directly from Mares computers with Bluetooth or Bluelink accessory devices. It has a dedicated area to store your dive buddy’s information. You can also add buddies to the dive log and buddy area with a quick scan of their unique QR code.

The app also allows you to share your logged dives with friends by DM or upload to your favorite social media with the touch of a button.

The Mares app is available in both iOS and Android platforms. For more info, go to mares.com or check out the video below.
