A digital media artist has released a new audio album that depicts through sound humanity’s impact on the environment.

Alex Jansen is a multidisciplinary artist who uses photography, illustration, sound-recordings and other media to look at underwater environments to create sensory experiences that help people better understand the cultural and natural world.

Jansen recently had a collaborative exhibit with Platform1Gallery in London that uses sound recordings to look at human impacts on the environment.

His new album, called “Tracing Earth,” can be found on bandcamp.com.
