Russia Win Both Golds At 2014 AIDA Team Freediving Championships

The 2014 AIDA Team World Freediving Competition has drawn to a close and Russia has stormed to the top of the leaderboard winning gold for both the Men and Women categories.  This followed amazing performances from in all disciplines led by the mother and son team of Natalia Molchanova and Alexey Molchanov.  Natalia managed to put nerves aside and produce a new World Record in Dynamic Apnea which helped seal the final result.

Also taking the podium at the closing ceremony tonight will be the Czech Republic and Finland for the men and Japan and Czech Republic for the women.
