Scuba Sleuth Solves Two-Decade-Old Missing Persons Case

-

YouTuber and scuba diver Jeremy Beau Sides recently found a sunken car that had human remains in it, solving a two-decade-old missing persons case in the process.

Sides’ discovery was a result of his two main hobbies — scuba diving and metal detecting:

“I always wanted a metal detector; it’s a cool adult hobby. So I bought me a kit and just started playing with it — and I loved it. It just evolved into the water, maybe because of the heat — it’s hard to be out in the summertime heat in Georgia. Walking around in creeks, at least I was cooling off a little bit.”

Once he had the kit, he started scuba diving and wound up joining a small YouTube community who work on cold cases in the USA.

Check out his video below.
