A shark attack occured near Kangaroo Island, off South Australias coast.
A 25 year-old surfer was bitten on both legs whilst surfing near Kangaroo Island, a reknown Seal breeding colony. Great White Sharks frequent the area, feeding on seals and are the prime suspect in this attack. Its the third attack in South Australian water’s inside a month.
This incident follows a similar attack on Friday, near Perth in Western Australia. Again a surfer was the victim.
