Finland Selected To Host AIDA Freediving Pool World Championships In 2016

AIDA International have announced that Finland have won the vote for host of the 2016 AIDA Freediving Pool World Championships.  The winning bid was submitted by the Finnish Divers Federation with the AIDA Board noting that the proposal had been very strong with excellent facilities and amenities.

AIDA Finland have commented on their selection on Facebook:

“The Finnish Divers’ Federation is very exited about this opportunity and we hope to see freedivers from all over the world here next year. Before that we’ll meet many of you in the World Championships in Belgrade, and if you have any questions, don’t hesitate to come and talk with us.”
