AIDA announce 2011 education developments

AIDA International has announced several key developments for their instructors in 2011.

First, the AIDA Executive Board has voted to waive the annual instructor renewal fee for 2011:  instructor renewal is free for all AIDA instructors that were registered and active in 2008, 2009 or 2010.  For those that have already paid their renewal fee they will be eligible for a refund on application.

When renewing for 2011 instructors will only be required to provide copies of their current first aid and CPR certificates, a current medical certificate and proof of instructor insurance.

In addition AIDA has announced a new on-line student database that is under development, due for pilot shortly and looking to be rolled out by the end of March 2011.
