Aquatica Unveils AD500 Underwater Camera Housing

If you’ve been drooling over Nikon’s latest digital camera, the D500, and waiting patiently for an underwater housing to be built for your next dive trip, the wait is over.

Canadian company Aquatica recently unveiled its AD500 housing built specifically for Nikon’s D500 camera.

The AD500 housing comes replete with ports, extensions and accessories meant for whatever lenses fit your fancy, strobe connectors, accessible controls in any water temperature, comfy hand grips, entry points for HDMI monitors and remote control systems, two depth rating options (90 meters/295 feet or 130 meters/427 feet), and more.

The AD500 will be available starting next month and retail for US$3,195/2,832 Euros.
