Thefinal results of the AIDA World Team Championships were released on Thursday byGrant Graves. USAA President and AIDA Judge. The winners of the Female teams were theRussian team coming in with a total of 596.90 points, followed by the USAtotalling 537 points. The Japanese team clocked in 3rd place with502.00 points.
The men’s French team came in 1st place with a total of 738.7points, with the Czechs not far behind with 729.3 points. The Finnish teamgrabbed 3rd place with 703.9 points. The Fins displayed an awesome performance in the Static Apnea discipline, with Timo Kinnunen gaining 1st place with a breath hold of 7’28”. Timo also won 3rd place in the Dubai Freediving Competition earlier this year.
