Like so many people around the world, Sarah has been on lockdown and not been able to go diving. Since restrictions are now easing she heads down to Cornwall in the UK to go freediving with Aquacity Freediving run by British Freediving Champion Georgina Miller and Underwater Videographer Daan Verhoeven.
You get to see some fantastic freediving in the waters off Cornwall and helping to dispel the myth that UK waters are too cold to go diving.
