AIDA International, the largest sports federation dedicated to Freediving, has put out a call for volunteers willing to put themselves forward for key board positions. The AIDA board is the management committee of AIDA and provide direction to the rest of the organization.
The following positions are looking for volunteers:
- AIDA President
- Technical Officer
- Education Officer
- Vice-President (for a one year interim term)
Interested applicants should send a statement and CV to the AIDA Secretary (secretary@aidainternational.org) by 30th October 2015.
In a statement on Facebook Carla Hanson, current AIDA Secretary, had this to say:
“We cannot run this organization without our dedicated volunteers. There is much work to be done”
