Have you always wanted to get hands-on expert advice to improve your freediving? Well, look no further than the “Apnea College & Experience Days” event coming this summer in Germany.
From July 13 through July 15, AIDA Judge, Instructor Trainer and Finnish National Record holder Antero Joki will be hosting a multi-pronged workshop camp where aspiring apnea athletes can learn how to bring together the building blocks of yoga, cross-fit, and relaxation to improve their own personal performances in static apnea, free immersion, no fins and constant weight. Included in the program will be clinics on spearfishing, Pranayama breathing, oxygen theory and more.
Additional experts and instructors joining the first Finnish man to ever dive self-propelled to 100 Meters will be Andreas Falkenroth, Hans-Jürgen Bahner, Tolga Taskin, Markus Eickenscheidt and Frank Eckardt. Surprise guests are expected as well! Each day will begin with workshops and lectures at 9 am, and each day will be filled with dive training, healthy meals & a fruit bar, sightseeing and of course an amazing freediver party to cap it all off.
Trial equipment will be provided by Omer, Sporasub, Epsealon, Seac, Salvimar and Fluyd. Don’t miss this unique opportunity to get your “freediving degree.”
The event will be held in Germany at Kreidesee Hemmoor, Cuxhavener Str. 1, 21742 Hemmoor; participants can choose from a range of housing options including camping, holiday apartments or homes to rent. To book your accommodation directly call +49 4771 688868 or email buchung@kreidesee.de
