International Press investigate Audrey Mestre's Death

Time Magazine’s November 18, 2002 issue was published this week with a story on the death of french FreeDiver Audrey Mestre. This is the latest in a number of high profile, mainstream press to be leading investigations on why Audrey died during her No-Limits World Record attempt in the Dominican Republic on 12th October 2002.

Further details on the accident are still vague and the IAFD continuing to be silent, pressure is bound to increase on the IAFD to release comprehensive analysis of what happened during the dive.
