According to Blue Element Freediving, renowned freediver and Instructor Trainer Johnny Sunnex is currently in Dahab conducting free diving masterclasses.
During the sessions, Sunnex will be working with students to improve various areas of their techniques including:
- Equalisation
- Conditioning
- Adaptation
