Freediver Marianna Gillespie has launched a crowdfunding campaign for a range of eco T-shirts.
The range is called Esprit Profond and is made from soft cotton and organic materials. The new collection features unique designs for adults and kids. Each design has its individual goal and message. The three adult designs are:
- Sleeping Giants is educational and provides information about the resting position of Sperm whales.
- Ocean Plastic tackles the issue of plastic pollution in the ocean.
- Life confinement highlights the plights of Orcas in captivity.
The Kids range of T-shirts features two designs, “Whales” and “Ocean Message.”
Commenting on her new range, Marianna Gillespie stated:
“For a few years now, I was wondering what I can do to in order to help our oceans? That is how the idea for the Esprit Profond was born. In French it means “deep spirit.” Esprit Prodond’s eco t-shirts have a goal to raise the awareness of the threats to the ocean marine life.”
