Russian Freediving superstar Alexey Molchanov is teaming up with Singapore-based Zen Freediving to host an opportunity to learn from one of the best freedivers in the world with a Freediving masterclass April 6-9 2017.
The class will run on the evenings of April 6 and 7th and mornings of April 8th and 9th. The subject matter will include – monofin technique, no fins technique, mental preparation, strength/stretching, training periodization, and depth techniques.
