“On Saturday 3rd November 2001, Umberto Pellizari emerged at 14:56 CET in the sea of Capri with a new world record in variable weight from a depth of -131m.

This record was recognised by the Italian Freediving Federation. None of the major International certifying agencies were invited so may not recognise the record.”
