US Constant Weight Record to Ivanovic

United States Apnea Association Spokesman Grant W. Graves reports:

Theo Ivanovic achieved a depth of 82 meters / 269 feet in constant weight today in Bay of Villefranche, Nice, France.  This breaks the old and one of the longest standing US records of 81 meters / 265 feet held by Brett LaMaster.  Theo began his dive at 10:30 am and returned to the surface two minutes and twenty-eight seconds later where he completed his surface protocol for two AIDA judges (Cedric Palerme and Francois Gautier).  Theo’s dive was judged as a valid performance.
