The Women Divers Hall of Fame is looking for items for its silent auction at its DEMA Gala.
The event will be held on November 14, 2018, at the Westgate Las Vegas Casino & Resort, Ballroom A. The gala event is titled “Flippers ‘N Flappers, Roaring ’20s Island Style,” and is hosted by award-winning photographer Douglas David Seifert.
As you can guess from the name of the event, it is 1920s-themed, so dress accordingly. The silent auction aims to raise funds to support the WDHOF programs. Last year it donated US$62,000/~€54,000/~£47,100 to support 44 scholars and trainees.
Tickets for the event cost US$25/~€22/~£19 in advance and US$30/~€26 /~£23 at the door
