C4 Adds To Its Ownership Group

Italian equipment manufacturer C4 recently welcomed the addition of a couple new members to its ownership group.

Founded in 1986 by Marco and Nicoletta Bonfanti, C4 s.r.l. over the past 33 years has become a world leader in the production of carbon fiber fin blades.

Enter Marco and Claudio Ciceri, who for 20 years managed Omersub before that company was sold to Aqualung in 2013.

The Ciceris’ passion passion for spearfishing and freediving, together with their respect for the C4 brand and products, has led them to decide to acquire part of the company.

According to a joint statement posted on Facebook:

“This new business structure motivates us and we are positive it will place our company in a position for a future full of passion, innovation and creation of products which will revolutionize again the market.”
