Hollis’s Prism 2 Rebreather Approved For Sale In Europe

Hollis’s Prism 2 Rebreather has been approved for sale in Europe, the company announced last week.

According to Hollis:

“Both the front mounted counterlung and back mounted counterlung variants passed all tests in accordance with EN 14143:2013. We are beyond pleased to present the Prism 2 to our European customers and couldn’t be happier with the performance results.”

As of October 15th, 2019, all new Prism 2s shipped will be the European sales-compliant model. Pricing and part numbers remain unchanged. There is also a new user manual in the Hollis Rebreathers library which can be found at hollisrebreathers.com.

The “CE” version of the Prism 2 is very similar to the unit shipping today with the exception of a few parts. If you want to discuss updating your Prism 2 to the CE model, you’ll need to contact service@hollisrebreathers.com for more information.

A factory upgrade will be available in early 2020. Pricing for the Prism 2 starts at US$8999.95 (~8,073 Euros).
