iBubble Underwater Camera Drone Makes a Splash At Boot 2016

The upcoming Autonomous Underwater Camera – iBubble – has made a real splash at the recent Boot (Boat) Show 2016 in Düsseldorf.  Not only was the first prototype shown off by World Champion Freediver Guillaume Nery – who is helping with promoting the project – it also won the honor of being amongst the top 5 coolest gadgets at the show.

The iBubble will be able to work up to 230 feet/70 meters and move alongside the diver via a connected bracelet that will help determine the best camera angle.

We’re really excited to see what comes of this underwater drone, especially as the market for airborne drones has seen amazing growth.

For more info, check out the iBubble website.
