Freedivers are keeping their eyes on London this February as Russian superstar and multiple-World Record Holder Alexey Molchanov is holding a Freediving Masterclass in conjunction with Bluewater Freediving.
The class will be held in London on 25th & 26th February 2017 and will cover the following topics:
- Equalisation tips
- Monofin and No-Fins technique in water and dry training
- Freediving training planning and how to structure your training to be most effective
- Strength exercises
- Stretching
This course will benefit everyone Freedivers of all levels who want to improve their technique as well as meet on of the top Freedivers in the world today.
