Lanyards mandatory in FreeDiver Open Classic 2003

Howard Jones of FreeDiver UK, the organisers of the FreeDiver Open Classic 2003 in Cyprus, has just confirmed that lanyards will be required by all competitors in Cyprus and will not be provided by the organisers.
