World Champion Freediver Martin Stepanek Demonstrates 7-Minute Breath Hold

World Champion Freediver Martin Stepanek demonstrated a 7-minute breath hold this week at DEMA 2010. While Stepanek, who founded Freediving Instructors International, held his breath, F.I.I. staffers explained the process of what his body was going through, with the assistance of Linden Wolbert of Mermaids In Motion.
